My Toolkit is Changing

My Toolkit is a one stop shop for HR information providing direct access to HR policies, procedures and payroll information.

Following feedback from our customers the site has been revised and updated to improve its functionality, making it easier to navigate and to find information.

The key changes are:

  • A revised "document search" facility. This sits on the main landing page and will allow you to search for documents held on MyToolkit.
  • The home page now includes a monthly update section which we will use to keep you up to date with key events such as new policy launches and payroll processing dates.
  • The Policies, Procedures and Guidance section has been updated and each page now contains any associated policy guidance, forms and additional resources. 
  • All documents have been updated to include live links to any other relevant documents held on MyToolkit.
  • Additional pages have been created in the Pay Pensions and Benefits section to provide more detail on each of these individual areas.

In order to continue to improve the online services provided through My Toolkit, the site also now includes an email address to capture your feedback.
