New E-learning to Support Employee Induction

On the 1 May a new suite of e-learning modules was launched to support employee induction.

These modules are mandatory for all new starts and cover areas such as council policies, health & safety, customer service and equality & diversity. 

The requirement is for new employees to complete these modules in their first week of employment. There are also additional mandatory modules to support the induction of new managers.

All corporate e-learning is hosted on the Mylearning site which also offers a wide range of other e-learning that employees can chose to complete.  There are a range of topics covering employee wellbeing and personal development.
