Civic Centre Admin

The Civic Centre Admin Team provides a wide range of administration and support functions to the head of service and services located within the Civic Centre, along with all reception and mail services on behalf of the Civic Centre partners.

About us

The team will provide a co-ordinated administrative support service through an electronic centralised workflow process, which will manage the allocation of resource and tasks. All requests for support can be made through the service request forms; these will be prioritised, allocated and tracked through the CRM system - with set timescales for completion.

Opening Hours

Reception 

Standard opening times for Civic Centre Reception are

  • Monday to Thursday - 8.30 - 17.00 
  • Friday - 8.30 - 16.00 

(a member of staff will be available from 8.00 a.m. each day for pool car collection)

Mail Room​

Incoming Mail Collection Monday to Friday

  • 9.00 -    9.30
  • 11.00 - 11.30

​Outgoing Mail Drop Off

  • 14.30 - 15.30 Monday to Thursday
  • 14.00 - 14.30 Friday
